HAVING DIFFICULTY LOGGING IN?



This website is for registered users of Anycomms Plus only

Below are a few reasons why you may be having difficulty logging in:
  • Passwords and usernames are case sensitive
    Double check that you haven't accidentally activated the CAPS LOCK key
    If the username is Bill then 'bill' or 'William' will not work
    Check you haven’t accidentally added a space

  • Have you forgotten your password?
    Try using the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login page. N.B. you will need to enter your memorable word in order to receive a ‘reset password’ email.

    If you receive an “Invalid Authentication you may be locked out” message, your password will need to be reset by Schools ICT. You will receive an email to enable you to reset your password but will need to allow 20 minutes after your account has been unlocked before attempting to reset your password & login in again
